We represent businesses in proceedings related to obtaining, amending, or renewing environmental decisions and permits (integrated, emissions, and waste generation permits), as well as in inspection proceedings conducted by the Environmental Protection Inspectorate and by competent authorities regarding obligations arising from new sustainability regulations (PPWR, EUDR, CBAM, and greenwashing). We advise on aligning a company’s operations and internal processes with the requirements of these sustainability regulations. We prepare templates for procedures and documents used in dealings with business partners, including due diligence procedures and contractual clauses safeguarding the company’s interests, which are essential wherever a company makes statements or declarations based on information obtained from business partners (EU Declaration of Conformity, Due Diligence Statement (DDS)). In addition to legal advice, we also conduct training sessions, including consultation workshops—unique in the market—that help teams organize their knowledge while simultaneously obtaining practical legal advice from a legal counsel on issues that raise concerns.
